- Right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from receipt of your order to return an item to us, with no need to provide a reason.
- Return conditions
To be accepted, the returned item must be:
- Unworn, unwashed, and undamaged,
- Accompanied by its original tags,
- Accompanied by the receipt or proof of purchase.
Items purchased on sale or at a reduced price are not eligible for return.
- Return procedure
To initiate a return, contact our customer service at contact@adjparis.com, stating your order number. We will provide you with the necessary instructions.

- Return costs
Return costs are the responsibility of the customer, regardless of the original delivery country (France or Europe).
Exception: if the item received is defective or does not match the order placed, ADJ Paris will cover the return costs. Please contact our customer service before making any return in this case.
- Refund
Once the return is received and inspected, a confirmation email will be sent to you. If the return is approved, the refund will be issued to the payment method used at the time of purchase, within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned items. This timeframe may vary slightly depending on your bank.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. To obtain a different item, please return the original product and place a new order on www.adjparis.com.
