How to place an order?
You can place an order directly on our website www.adjparis.com.
Add your items to the cart, then follow the payment steps until confirmation.
Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I modify or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, contact us as soon as possible at contact@adjparis.com.

What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 business days via GLS.
Delivery times may vary depending on order volume or peak activity periods.

What are the delivery fees?
Fees are calculated automatically when you validate your order, based on your address and the chosen delivery method.

🔄 Returns and refunds

 

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

How do I make a return?
Send a request to contact@adjparis.com, specifying your order number.
We will provide you with the procedure to follow to return your item.

How to track my order?
You will receive an email containing a GLS tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
