How to place an order?
You can order directly on our website www.adjparis.com .
Add your items to your cart, then follow the payment steps until confirmation.
Once the order is validated, you will receive a confirmation email.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Orders are processed quickly. If you wish to modify or cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible at contact@adjparis.com .

🚚 Delivery

What are the delivery times?
Orders are generally shipped within 2 to 5 working days via GLS.
Lead times may vary depending on order volume or peak periods.

What are the delivery costs?
Fees are calculated automatically when you confirm your order, based on your address and the delivery method chosen.

🔄 Returns and refunds

Can I return an item?
Yes, you have 14 days after receipt to request a return.
Items must be unworn, unwashed and in their original packaging .

How to make a return?
Send a request to contact@adjparis.com, specifying your order number.
We will tell you how to return your item.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and PayPal .
All transactions are secured via the Stripe platform.

What types of products do you offer?
Currently, we exclusively offer textile items : sweatshirts, t-shirts and ready-to-wear pieces by ADJ Paris.

Where are your clothes made?
Our clothing is carefully produced from quality materials, in compliance with European manufacturing standards.

📦 Order tracking

How do I track my order?
You will receive an email with a GLS tracking number as soon as your order is shipped.
You can track the progress of your package directly on the carrier's website.
