TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE – ADJ PARIS

These terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms") apply to any product order placed by any customer (the "Customer") on the site www.adjparis.com (the "Site").
- LEGAL INFORMATION
The Site www.adjparis.com is operated by A D J, a simplified joint-stock company (SAS) with capital of €1,000, whose registered office is located at 8 Rue des Gardinoux, 93300 Aubervilliers, France, registered with the Paris Trade and Companies Register under number 842 865 933, and whose intra-community VAT number is FR65 842 865 933. - DEFINITIONS
A D J: the company identified in Article 1. Item: any product offered for sale on the Site. Customer: any non-professional natural person, of legal age and capacity, placing an order. Order: the commitment to purchase the Items selected via the Site. Account: the customer space created on the Site. Customer Service: reachable as described in Article 16. Site: www.adjparis.com.
- APPLICATION AND ACCEPTANCE OF THE TERMS
These Terms govern the contractual relationship between A D J and the Customer. Any Order implies review and acceptance of the Terms in effect on the date of the Order. A D J may amend the Terms; the applicable version is the one published online on the day of the Order. Confirming an Order constitutes unconditional acceptance of the Terms.
- CREATING A CUSTOMER ACCOUNT
Placing an Order requires an Account and a valid email address. Reserved for non-professional natural persons aged 18 and over. The Customer provides: (i) their email, (ii) the login code sent to that address. In case of suspected identity theft, the Customer must immediately alert A D J.
- ACCOUNT CLOSURE
5.1 At the Customer's request. The Customer may request account closure by email at contact@adjparis.com. 5.2 At A D J's initiative. A D J may close an Account (payment default, abusive or fraudulent use, clearly professional purchases, etc.) after notifying the Customer by email.
- ITEMS AVAILABLE FOR SALE ON THE SITE
The Items offered for sale are those displayed when browsing the Site, subject to availability. A D J may withdraw or update Items (without affecting Orders already placed). Visuals are carefully prepared but not contractually binding; only the characteristics stated at the time of the Order are authoritative. In the event of unavailability after an Order is placed, A D J will cancel and fully refund the Order.
- PLACING AND ACCEPTING ORDERS
Any Order implies a payment obligation. Items are intended for retail sale (quantities consistent with a consumer's needs). A D J may refuse or cancel an Order that is clearly for professional purposes. After payment, a receipt email is sent to the Customer; final acceptance occurs upon shipment (confirmation email). An invoice is available upon request at contact@adjparis.com (please provide the Order number).
- PRICES
Prices are shown in euros, all taxes included (VAT included), excluding: (i) delivery costs shown before confirmation, (ii) any customs duties or delays, (iii) currency conversion fees related to the payment method. In the event of an obvious pricing error, A D J may offer the corrected price or cancel the Order (full refund, with no further compensation). Orders placed before a price update are not affected.
- PAYMENT METHODS
Payment in full at the time of Order: Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, American Express), PayPal. Card payments are processed via a secure platform (Stripe). Bank details are encrypted. In the event of a declined payment, the Order is cancelled and the Customer is notified. PayPal payments are governed by PayPal's own terms of use.
- DELIVERY TERMS
Delivery refers to the transfer of physical possession of the Items to the Customer.
Options offered when placing an Order:
Metropolitan France:
- Express home delivery before 1:00 PM via Chronopost (with tracking, delivery code sent by SMS): €7.99. Free from €70 of purchase.
- Pickup point delivery via Chronopost: €3.99. Free from €70 of purchase.
- In-person pickup at A D J's premises, by appointment.
Europe:
- Home delivery via Chronopost, for orders up to 5 kg, depending on the destination zone. Free from €250 of purchase. Zone, rate, and delivery time details are available in our Shipping Policy.
Costs are calculated based on the delivery location and method chosen, and are displayed before payment. Orders exceeding 5 kg cannot be processed at this time.
10.1 Standard home delivery. The tracking link/number is sent by email upon shipment. Delivery is made to the personal address provided (no hotels/PO boxes). The Customer must provide complete information (building, entry code, intercom, etc.). Delivery is deemed completed upon signed receipt. Incorrect address: no re-shipment; refund issued after the item is returned to A D J (within 14 days).
10.2 Pickup by appointment. Pickup at 8 Rue des Gardinoux, 93300 Aubervilliers, after scheduling an appointment by email (contact@adjparis.com). Delivery is deemed completed upon in-person handover (receipt). In case of no-show, the Order is cancelled and refunded within 14 days.
10.3 Customs (outside the European Union). As the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein are not part of the European Union, customs duties or local taxes may apply upon receipt of the parcel, payable by the Customer.
- DELIVERY TIMES
A D J endeavors to deliver no later than 30 days after order confirmation. In the event of a delay not attributable to A D J or due to force majeure, A D J's liability cannot be engaged. In the event of a delay beyond this period, the Customer may grant a reasonable additional period; if delivery still has not occurred after this period, the Customer may cancel the sale and obtain a refund of the amounts paid (returning the Items if the order has already been shipped).
- RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL – RETURN – REFUND
12.1 Right of withdrawal. In accordance with the French Consumer Code, the Customer has 14 days from the day after receipt (or the last partial delivery) to withdraw without providing a reason. Notification by email to contact@adjparis.com (first name, last name, Order number, Items concerned). Template provided in the Appendix.
12.2 Return of Items (following withdrawal). The Customer returns the Items, at their own expense, within 14 days of their withdrawal notice. Items must be new, unworn, unwashed, with original tags and packaging.
From France:
Return via Chronopost: complete the return form, insert it in the original parcel, and send it to: A D J – 8 Rue des Gardinoux, 93300 Aubervilliers.
In-person drop-off (by appointment): drop off at 8 Rue des Gardinoux, 93300 Aubervilliers (schedule an appointment by email).
From abroad (Europe): Complete the return form and send it within 14 days to: 8 Rue des Gardinoux, 93300 Aubervilliers, France. Shipping costs and risks are the Customer's responsibility until received by A D J.
12.3 Refund. A D J refunds all amounts paid, including the initial standard delivery cost, within 14 days following receipt and inspection of the returned Items. In the event of a partial withdrawal, delivery costs are not refunded if they are identical to those of an order limited to the Items kept. Items must be returned in good condition. In the event of depreciation due to excessive handling, A D J may withhold an amount corresponding to the loss in value. Refunds are issued in euros (€) via the same payment method (unless otherwise agreed if the card has changed). Any conversion fees are the Customer's responsibility.
- LEGAL WARRANTIES – IMPLEMENTATION
13.1 Legal warranties. Items benefit from the legal warranty of conformity (French Consumer Code, Art. L.217-3 et seq.) and the warranty against hidden defects (French Civil Code, Art. 1641 et seq.). Consumer rights and details are as set out under French law (valid for 2 years, with repair/replacement/price reduction/rescission options depending on the case, suspension of time limits, etc.).
13.2 Exclusions. The following do not constitute defects: normal wear and tear, incorrect measurements taken by the Customer, the natural appearance of fabrics.
13.3 Procedure. Claims by email to contact@adjparis.com (first name, last name, Order number, references, and description of the defect). Claims lacking sufficient information may be deemed inadmissible.
- LIABILITY
A D J is liable only for direct and foreseeable damages. Excluded are: loss of profit, business, or opportunity, etc., particularly in the case of professional use. A D J does not guarantee continuous availability of the Site or the absence of viruses. The Customer must use appropriate protection. External links do not engage A D J's liability.
- FORCE MAJEURE
In the event of force majeure (French Civil Code, Art. 1218), A D J's obligations are suspended. If it lasts more than 2 months, either party may cancel the affected Order; A D J will then refund the amounts paid.

- PERSONAL DATA – TELEPHONE SOLICITATION
Data processing is governed by French data protection law ("Informatique et Libertés") and the GDPR. Rights: access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction, portability, post-mortem directives, via contact@adjparis.com (proof of identity required). Full policy: https://www.adjparis.com/policies/privacy-policy. Opt-out of telephone solicitation: in accordance with Art. L.223-2 of the French Consumer Code.
- INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
A D J owns all elements of the Site (designs, images, text, logos, trademarks, etc.). The adj paris® trademark is registered and protected. Any reproduction, representation, or use without written authorization is prohibited (French Intellectual Property Code).
- APPLICABLE LAW – MEDIATION
19.1 Applicable law. These Terms are governed by French law. 19.2 Mediation.
