- General
Delivery refers to the transfer to the Customer of physical possession of the item(s) ordered on www.adjparis.com. ADJ Paris is committed to shipping orders as quickly as possible, while ensuring clear and transparent tracking.
- Delivery methods
When confirming an order, the Customer is offered the following options:
Metropolitan France:
- Express home delivery before 1:00 PM via Chronopost (with tracking, delivery code sent by SMS): €7.99
- Pickup point delivery via Chronopost: €3.99
Europe:
- Home delivery via Chronopost (Chrono Classic), for orders up to 5 kg
Delivery costs and timeframes are indicated before final order confirmation. The Customer receives a tracking number as soon as the parcel is shipped, allowing real-time tracking.
- Preparation and shipping times
Orders placed Monday to Friday before 1:00 PM are shipped the same day. Once shipped, an order to metropolitan France is delivered within 1 to 2 business days.
For European destinations, the average delivery time varies by destination zone, from 2 to 6 business days (see details in Section 5).
These timeframes may vary during periods of high demand (sales periods, collection launches, public holidays, etc.).

We currently deliver to:
- Metropolitan France,
- The European Union,
- The United Kingdom, Switzerland, Norway, and Liechtenstein (outside the European Union — possible customs fees, see Section 5).
Orders are limited to a maximum weight of 5 kg. Orders exceeding this weight cannot be processed at this time.

- Shipping costs
Metropolitan France Delivery is free from €70 of purchase, regardless of the option chosen (home or pickup point). Below this amount, costs are €7.99 (home) or €3.99 (pickup point).
Europe Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination zone:

Delivery is free from €250 of purchase for all of these destinations.
These costs are clearly indicated before payment and confirmed in the order confirmation email.
Deliveries to the United Kingdom, Norway, Switzerland, and Liechtenstein, which are not part of the European Union, may be subject to customs duties or local import taxes, payable by the Customer.
- Receiving the parcel
Upon receipt, the Customer must check the condition of the parcel. In case of a damaged parcel or missing item, it is recommended to refuse the parcel or file a written claim with the carrier, then contact our customer service immediately at contact@adjparis.com. No claim will be accepted more than 3 business days after delivery.
- Delays and lost parcels
In the event of a delay or loss confirmed by the carrier, ADJ Paris will open an investigation to obtain confirmation and, if necessary, proceed with a refund or reshipment of the order. No additional compensation may be claimed.
